Every property can be seen on an individual basis. Reach out to us to arrange a viewing time. We ask for proof of funds before scheduling showings: an account screenshot, bank letter or statement works.
How do I submit an offer?

What is an "off-market" property?
A property that is for sale but not listed on the MLS. These are usually investor opportunities that need repairs, and they often sell faster and at lower prices.
What financing can I use?
Cash buyers and hard or private money loans work for our properties. Traditional bank financing often doesn't, because of short closing timelines or property condition.
What counts as proof of funds?
Anything that shows you can close: bank statements, a line-of-credit letter, or a letter from a private or hard money lender showing available funds.
